My name is Amanda. I am a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor, who’s passionate about women’s health and encouraging people to create a lifestyle that they love.
I am committed to educating women on their bodies, helping people improve their quality of life, and making sure your health is something you are confident in.
My Story
As a young woman, I struggled with serious unhealthy eating habits and an overactive lifestyle. I danced my entire childhood into early adulthood. I loved the sport, but piling on hobbies, work, and school, things got out of hand. I suffered from scoliosis and was admitted into recovery for unhealthy eating as a young adult. I spent the years after learning about nutrition and women’s health.
As an adult I found my love for Pilates. Combining my dance experience with workouts that don't push my body too far, I knew Pilates was something I would do for the rest of my life. I became a certified comprehensive instructor in 2026 and teach traditional exercises from Joseph Pilates practice.Â
The biggest takeaway from my experience and research is that your body will always tell you what it needs. Noticing signs of stress, chronic illness, or just when your body needs some rest is crucial in taking care of your health. I am dedicated to empowering women and helping them take their health back. Nobody knows your body better than you do, and noticing when it needs a change is valuable information to improve your overall lifestyle.
